Accountable by design.
What we commit to, how it will be checked, and how personal health data will be protected. These are design commitments for a proposed programme.
Phase gates
No phase begins until the last is audited.
Every phase closes with an audited outcome report. Programme partners review it before the next phase is approved.
- Phase 1
Audit gate
- Phase 2
Audit gate
- Phase 3
Final report
Each report covers
- Coverage: people covered, families enrolled, area covered, Health Points and Health Agents
- Clinical: screening sessions, abnormal findings, AI risk alerts, teleconsultations, referrals and follow-ups
What we report
Ten numbers, published after every phase.
Each phase ends with an independently audited report on the same ten indicators, so progress can be compared phase to phase.
- People covered
- Families enrolled
- Health Points active
- Health Agents certified
- Screening sessions
- Abnormal findings
- AI risk alerts reviewed
- Teleconsultations
- Referrals completed
- Follow-ups completed
The first report follows the end of Phase 1.
Clinical governance
A doctor behind every decision.
Specialist supervision
A specialist panel oversees the doctor pool and reviews cases.
Telemedicine standards
Teleconsultations follow India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines.
Human review of AI
The risk engine prioritises; qualified doctors make every clinical decision.
Full clinical picture
Doctors see the queue, vitals, trends, ECG traces and history before each consultation.
AI with a doctor in the loop
The AI flags. A doctor decides.
The risk engine changes the order in which doctors see people. It does not change who makes the decision.
01Health Point
Reading
Vitals and ECG are recorded at the Health Point.
02Risk engine
Prioritise
The engine flags readings that need attention and orders the doctor's queue.
03Doctor
Review
A qualified doctor reviews every alert, with vitals, trends, ECG and history.
04Doctor
Decide
The doctor chooses the next step:
- Teleconsultation
- Referral
- Routine follow-up
05Report
Count
Every reviewed alert is counted in the phase report.
Data protection
Health data, handled with care.
The platform is built to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and designed for interoperability with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) and ABHA.
01Consent first
No record is created before a clear notice is given and consent is recorded.
02Purpose limited
Data is used to deliver and evaluate care, not for unrelated purposes.
03Interoperable
Records are designed to link to a person's ABHA, so their history can travel with them.
04Access by role
Each user sees only what their role needs. Officials see programme dashboards.
05Rights respected
People can ask to access or correct their data, and raise a grievance.
Consent and data
Consent first, access by role.
How personal health data is designed to move, from the first conversation onward.
01Health Agent
Notice
The person is told, in their language, what will be recorded and why.
02Person
Consent
Consent is recorded first. Without it, no record is created.
03Platform
Record
A secure health record is created, designed to link to the person's ABHA.
04Platform
Access by role
Each user sees only what their role needs:
- Health Agent: the people they serve
- Doctor: the case under review
- Officials: programme dashboards
05Person
Rights
The person can ask to see or correct their data, and raise a grievance.
Our promise to citizens
- We ask before we record.

Next steps
Start with a conversation.
Three steps, and no commitment until the plan is agreed.
- 01
Briefing
A 30-minute walk-through of the model, the phases and the safeguards.
- 02
Scoping
We work with your officials on geography, numbers and links to existing schemes.
- 03
Phased plan
A Phase 1 plan with agreed phase-gate criteria, before any commitment.
