Nabhya Health

For governments and funders.

What a state or funder needs to decide: how the programme fits existing schemes, what is committed at each phase, who does what, and how progress is reported.

Policy fit

Built to strengthen what already exists.

  • Ayushman Bharat

Extends screening and follow-up to the household, linked to Ayushman Arogya Mandirs.

  • National Health Mission

Feeds non-communicable disease screening data into existing programmes.

  • Digital health

Records designed for ABHA linkage under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission.

  • Maternal & child health

Works alongside the anganwadi networks already in place.

  • Rural livelihoods

Creates local health jobs for women from self-help groups and anganwadi pools.

Nabhya Health is an independent organisation. Listing a scheme here describes alignment, not endorsement.

What would it take in your area?

Enter a number of families and see the Health Points, Health Agents and phasing the model implies.

Governance

Every programme shows its work.

Four commitments a department can hold us to.

  1. 01Phase gates

Each phase ends with an audited outcome report. The next phase starts only after it is reviewed.

  2. 02Medical supervision

A specialist panel oversees clinical decisions and reviews cases.

  3. 03Live dashboards

Officials see enrolment, screening, referrals and follow-ups as they happen.

  4. 04Data protection by design

Built to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and designed for ABDM and ABHA interoperability. Consent comes before any record is created.

Questions

What officials ask first.

Is the programme running today?

No. It is a proposed pilot. No enrolment has begun and no outcomes have been reported.

Does it replace existing health workers or facilities?

No. It is designed to complement them, extending screening and follow-up to the household and linking people to existing facilities.

What happens if Phase 1 falls short?

The programme does not scale. Each phase begins only after the previous phase's audited outcome report has been reviewed.

Who is accountable for clinical decisions?

Qualified doctors, under specialist supervision. The AI risk engine prioritises cases; it does not diagnose.

How is personal data protected?

The platform is built to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, with consent before any record is created. Officials see programme dashboards.
